FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To reserve your desired date at Our Legacy Events, we require a $300 retainer for ALL venue reservations. Half of your retainer ($150.00) will be held as a security deposit for damages and incidentals. The remainder of your retainer will be applied towards your rental fee.

If all "Exit Requirements" are met, the $150.00 retainer will be returned.

We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal and all major credit card payments. Please note that dates are not considered reserved until we receive the deposit and a signed rental agreement.

Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

We require the full payment to be made at this time to ensure that everything is in order for your special day. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle and PayPal. At Our Legacy Events, we understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our clients.

However, our retainer policy states that all retainers are non-refundable. This is because we hold the space exclusively for your event, turning away other potential clients for the same date and time.

In the event that you have to cancel your event, you will have 12 months to reschedule your event or your monies will be forfeited.

We recommend that you carefully consider your event plans before paying your retainer.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold any dates without a retainer payment.

In order to secure a booking, we require a non-refundable retainer fee t that will be applied towards the total cost of your event.

This retainer payment ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you and that no other events will be scheduled during that time.
